秦氏という一族が5世紀中期に渡来し、京都の「太秦」（古代ヘブライ語で「栄光に満ちたメシア」とも聞こえる。）に暮らし始めました。
A group of people, namely Hata Clan immigrated in the mid-5th Century and resided in a place called, “Uzumasa” (This sounds like “Glorious Messiah” in ancient Hebrew.) in Kyoto.
彼らはとても高度な農業、土木建築、絹織物生産、商売の知識や技術を持っており、日本でも相当な政治的影響力を持つに至っていたに違いありません。
Since they had such highly sophisticated knowledge and skills of agriculture, civil engineering, silk fabrics production, and business, they must have succeeded in gaining significant political influence in Japan.
おそらくそういった彼らのも持つ力もあってか、都（天皇の居住される都市）も794年には京都に移ることになります。
Probably owing to their influence, the capital (the city where the Emperor resides) was relocated to Kyoto in 794.
その都は「平安な都」を意味する「平安京」と名付けられました。
The new capital was named, “Heian Kyo” meaning “Peaceful Capital”.
ちなみに、「平安な都」を古代ヘブライ語にすると、「エルサレム」となります。
By the way, “Peaceful Capital ” in ancient Hebrew is “Jerusalem”.
