In his book, “The Law of Gaia”, Mr. Kazuki Chiga writes that the center of the civilizations which leads the other civilizations on the Earth at the time has been moving at the 16-beat rhythm.
すなわち、世界文明の中心が1611年（地球の歳差周期の25776年の16分の1）周期で東と西へ交互に各々経度22.5º（360ºの16分の1）移動していると書かれています。
In another words, he writes that the center of the world civilization has been moving Long. 22.5º E (one-sixteenth of all longitudes) to the East and to the West by turns in a 1611-year (a cycle of Earth’s precession, one-sixteenth of 25776 years) cycle.
