その後、都が奈良県の大和から飛鳥（「アショカ」王の名におそらく由来）へと移されました。
Later, the capital was transferred from Yamato to Asuka (probably named after King “Asoka”) in Nara Prefecture.
592年から710年までの間には歴史的に重要なことが多数起きたため、古墳時代のこの期間は飛鳥時代として認識されています。
Since a lot of historically critical events happened between 592 and 710, this period of time in the Tumulus Period is recognized as Asuka Period.
朝廷の職務が世襲されていることが不合理であると考えた厩戸王は603年に冠位十二階を定めました。
Finding unreasonable that the dynasty posts being hereditary succeeded, King Umayado established the 12 Offices and Ranks in 603.
