そこで、朝廷の復権を強く願っていた後醍醐天応は幕府転覆を企てました。
Seeing it, Godaigo Emperor who had been wishing strongly to restore the political power to the dynasty, he plotted to overthrow Bakufu.
ところが、この企ては幕府に見つかり、参画者の数名は1324年に流刑に処されました。
However, Bakufu found out about his plot, and some members of the plot were sentenced banishment in 1324.
後醍醐天皇は再び1331年に幕府転覆を企てますが、参画者の1人がこれを密告しました。
In 1331, he plotted again, but one of the members of the plot tipped him off.
後醍醐天皇は都を脱して笠置山で挙兵しましたが、すぐに捕まって隠岐（島根県）に流され、他の参画者は全員処刑されてしまいました。
He escaped from the capital and raised an army at Mt. Kasagi yet, he was promptly captured and sentenced banishment to Oki Island (Shimane Prefecture), and all the other members of the plot were executed.
